Welcome to Camembertshihtzu (camembertshihtzu.pics). By purchasing fine art prints, acquiring digital licenses, or scheduling studio commissions, you agree to comply with the legal terms set forth in this Commercial Contract.
1. Digital Photo Licensing Framework
All photographs hosted on or sold through Camembertshihtzu are protected under United States and international copyright laws.
- Personal Print License: Standard physical wall print purchases grant the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to display the physical artwork in private residences or office spaces. Digital scanning, reproduction, or resale is strictly prohibited.
- Commercial Print & Media License: Commercial usage (advertising, publication, product packaging) requires an explicit written agreement executed directly by our studio directors. Contact [email protected] for licensing fee schedules.
2. Studio Session Booking & Deposit Terms
To reserve a private canine portrait session at our New York studio (18 Atelier Rue de la Arts), a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total commission fee is required upon booking. Re-scheduling requires 72 hours advance notice.
3. Non-Refundable Print Policy
Because each fine art print is custom produced on archival cotton rag paper to order specifications, all wall print sales are non-refundable once printing has commenced. Damaged shipments reported within 7 days of delivery will be replaced immediately upon receipt of photo documentation.
4. Intellectual Property Enforcement
Camembertshihtzu retains full copyright ownership of all original digital master files, artistic compositions, and studio lighting designs. Unauthorized scraping, commercial redistribution, or AI model training using images from camembertshihtzu.pics is strictly forbidden.
